Hello! I live in a dorm, and I have these dust cover / security blockers on my Ethernet port. I’m not sure if this port is even connected to anything or would help give me a better connection for my ps5, however I figured it would be worth a shot. Any suggestions on how to remove these? My “just pry it off with a screwdriver” method did not work on the voice side.

Hello WiFi community. I’m not an expert in any way, so please try and use layman terms while explaining this stuff to me.
Anyways, my ps5 has extreme lag and rubberbanding issues when I play games. My ping is always pretty solid, 20-45, however I always get consistent jitter, packet loss, and latency errors, causing gams to freeze and stutter and be unplayable. I also live in a dorm, so I’m unable to connect Ethernet or replace the routers. Am I completely cooked or can I do something about this?
