I received my NAD and the instructions are to take 20mg daily 5 days/week.

I’ve been researching common protocols and it seems to vary wildly.

Is 100mg/week split like this a normal dosing regimen?

I know not tirz, but I ordered NAD and it came warm (ice had melted), but it was overnighted so couldn’t have been room temp more than 24 hours.
Safe to use?

I am being sent another but if I can still use this one that would be nice!

I put in fridge right after opening and finding it to be room temp.

My NAD arrived in a cooling bag via mail, but the ice was melted and it was room temp. It had been overnight shipped, so couldn’t have been warm for more than 36 hours.

Safe to use?

Just started GLOW from Stryker Pharmacy out of Katy, Texas.

Have rotated injection sites but get a red 1/2 inch welp at the site and a dull, aching pain until it’s time for my next injection two days later.

This is my first time using GLOW and this pharmacy… is this a normal response?
