Starting again
Recently ended a 7 year relationship. Left the apartment we were sharing and now I’m improvising a small room inside my office to sleep and live for a while.
Not gonna lie, it feels terrible sometimes. But then I remind myself: I still have my arms. My legs. My mind.My health.
And the ability to start again from scratch if I have to.
A lot of people are fighting battles much heavier than mine, so this isn’t a post to complain. It’s a reminder to myself that life can fall apart unexpectedly, and still be rebuilt with effort, discipline, and time.
Baby steps.
