My name is David, I'm a 23M musician who pays the bills with a job in retail. I've lived in my current place for almost a year now and I'm looking for someone to move in and sign the lease in July since my roommate doesn't intend on staying

More about me: I'm conscious about keeping common areas tidy. I enjoy an occasional late night out but I'm not the biggest partygoer. I don't frequently have friends over but I'm not opposed to our place being open to guests

More about the apartment: Rent is $1,650, it's the newest building on the block, 10 minutes away from the Utica stops on both A/C and 3/4 trains. Apartment comes with in-unit laundry, 1½ baths, plenty of sunlight, an office/music studio, and the sickest view of Manhattan I've ever seen

More about you: Preferably my age or a little older. Preferably male, but I'm not opposed to living around people of any identity. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, pet friendly, and don't mind a difference in lifestyle/living habits
