Which software is more reliable when there is discrepancy in d1 chart

In a complex chart where 1 - 2 degree difference shifts the planet to another house which software is most reliable for chart generation? For eg both j hora and PL show rahu in 2nd & ketu in 8th but all other modern softwares like astrosage show Rahu 3 & ketu 9 which is more reliable? A shift in house for both these shadow nodes completely changes the chart's interpretation

So me & my partner we both have venus in the 8th house.. she has venus in taurus and i have venus in capricorn conjunct with ketu. Do you think this relationship is fated to be doomed since 8th house is the house of transformation & rebirth?
