owned my macbook air m4 for over a year now, and two of the keycaps fell off recently. as you can see, the mechanism inside is intact, but one of the stabilisers of the Shift key is gone. what should i do? should i go to apple to ask for a repair quote? (the limited warranty is expired already and i don’t have apple care)
