Basically have 2 weeks until Q1 bonus paid, which overlaps the last day I’m willing to be in office before moving on entirely or offering partial online availability for 1 last week.

In your opinions is it better to let them know at the end of this week that this was my last in office week and that I’m willing to be partially remote next week which overlaps bonus payout/last paycheck date

Or

Stay quiet through the day of bonus pay next week then let them know the very next day is my last day with practically no transition time. They know my accounts so it isn’t much mystery there.

Would like to be descent but really just want what I’ve earned and move on to next role.
