Hoping someone here will have some insight/advice. Our 2 year old Samsung front-load washing machine has broken down 3 times in the past 5 months. Each time the error code has been a drain issue. We replaced the drain pump ourselves the first time and it was fine for about 2 months and then the same problem happened. We had a technician come out and they also replaced the drain pump and again, it was working fine for 6 weeks but just stopped working today. It can’t possibly be that the drain pump needs to be replaced again-3 times in less than 6 months is absurd. At this point we are just going to buy a new washer but could it be that there is a problem with the house plumbing? I don’t want this to happen again if we do buy a new machine

I don’t want this to happen again if we do buy a new machine
