I've been waiting for next chance to ship Bose 901s (sentimental value, though need major repair) from family on opposite coast to me for years. Then locally picked up these Klipsch 700s. Initial testing sound really good, much better than my current Klipsch R-41m in a 2.1 (keep the sub in the setup?). From some web searching seems like need to assess the crossovers, but again my ears are smiling. They are keepers since the wife likes how it matches existing furniture...no need for the 901s.
