Error 2000 is going to make me pull my hair out

For the past 3 years...

Red light + error goes away before I can even get out of my chair to go to the modem to inspect. Modem is in direct line of sight at my desk. Happens multiple times a day. It's gotten to the point that I keep a ping-t open on an extra monitor so I can see it happen in real time.

Drops the connection juuuuuuuust long enough to get kicked from game lobbies. Yes my computers are on ethernet.

Have already replaced the modem twice (HH3000 started doing it, replaced with Gigahub, and Gigahub again) also had the tech out on site 4x over the past 3 years. Every time they polish the fiber, say db levels are great, can't find the issue, then scratch their heads when it eventually throws an error 2000/1202 for ~30 seconds.

Home/ statistics dashboard shows 0 errors on the fiber send/receive , it's presumably an "equipment issue outside of your unit"

CS shrugged me off, gave me a $20/mo credit and suggested I keep a mobile hotspot connected to my PC at all times to use as a fallback. Fine if it were for remote work, but that doesn't help gaming since IP hopping drops you from your lobby in most games, I think Minecraft is the only exception I've found.

Gigahub 2.0 hasn't rolled out in my area yet , the moment it does I'm getting it and if that doesn't solve this issue it might be time for me to either beg them to reevaluate the rest of the chain, or ultimately go back to copper :(

Turnover on the loop this morning (top x). Anyone else notice we have 2 missing ramps on the cloverleaf? Any time an accident occurs on either of the X's it cripples the area with no alternative route.

"Battery usage" screen on my 10PF doesn't consider the 80 limit a full charge

Why suggest we limit our charge to 80 percent for health sake if the rest of the features don't comply?
