Culture circle mystery box - Scam

someone from the culture circle team directly told me that the tee shirts they're selling in the mystery box are from their internal brands.

They launched brands like off supply, myugen, forfksake which are cheap copies of off-white , bluorng, and essentials.

business model -

create tees for 200-300 RS.

price them at 3000-5000 RS.

Put 3 tees in mystery box

scam valuation - 15,000 RS

real valuation - 600-900 RS

they sell at 3,999 ,4,999,

Note -

they could have tried going the normal route trying to build an apparel brand with a large marketplace but people don't trust culture circle anyways.

No one would normally pay 3-4k for an unknown tee brand.

What does cc do instead of actually working hard?scam college kids ,scam clients who're unware of reddit and sell hope (lottery system).

in the end,

It's a positive sign that they're losing share in hype market. they are pivoting towards the naive lower spending audience.

Truth about culture circle.

  1. Founders take products from other sellers and sell them under various fake names like Heatstreet, G Town hype. (if you actually check these brands don't even exist)

  2. Started marketing themselves as india's "only" price comparison and authentication platform as their primary USP to manipulate buyers. In reality, they have no background in this industry. They completely rely on sellers and third party apps like Check check. They ACTUALLY have 0 authentication skills, anyone can do what they're doing authentication wise.

coming to price comparison, they have the weirdest errors. some products have 5 sellers , some have 10. no consistency. It's literally better to use Google than using culture circle. You can never really rely on their price comparison. So no real USPs.

  1. Smart buyers already know culture circle is full of shit, the only people who bought anything, are new audience who sadly fell for their marketing gimmicks. These new buyers, once they experience how shitty culture circle is ,

turn into natural haters ( including me). They keep losing customers and to gain more they keep spending more on marketing.

  1. they fooled the audience by fake PR news posts ( Shark Tank,Times of India, Hindustan Times, Forbes ) - all that can be purchased at a price. In fact I can't believe how dumb the investors must be. Don't these investors do any in depth research before funding? if they talk to 20 clients, they will know the difference between any professional brand and culture circle.

  2. Now people don't trust culture circle with sneakers, so they are trying apparel, bags , perfumes, watches. Soon enough they will run out of category to fail at.

  3. Lastly, founders are rich spoilt kids , hardly 25-26. they use daddy's money and flex on the internet. Anyone with moral values would talk to clients and solve their genuine problems. We all put in our hard earned money but they only chase unrealistic valuation.

They claim to be on road to Billion dollar but last year Inc42 posted their revenue of 3 Cr.

basically if you're reading this, know that culture circle is built by scammers. their intentions aren't pure. they chase valuation , clout and run behind trends.

their social media represents (intentional clickbait/ragebait) their mentality.

do we need such brands to represent our country?

Culture circle's dumb sales tactics

They started a sale for extra 5k but what they actually did is the funny part😭😭

Increase price by 5k and show extra 5k discount.

IIM A level marketing strategy. 🥰

Also both products available live on the catalogue. 🥲🥲
