Is anyone else seeing this issue on the sign-in page on desktop (mobile web and app are fine).

You can still sign in by filling out the form, but if you have multifactor enabled, the "send passcode" button is hidden and it's not possible to log in.

I asked two other people and they are both having the same issues.

(I've reported to their technical support team, but the person I spoke to was not aware of the issue.)
