Hi there!

Im having an absolute nightmare and hoping for some help. I installed a firewire PCIE to my motherboard to digitalise some old cassette tapes, theres about 30 hours of footage.

I successfully get windows 11 to register the pcie card, and the camera however I cant get any software to detect it. I did briefly get screenalyzer to detect it and it was working after 8 hours of troubleshooting, but then lost it again after 2 mins as I had to relaunch the software.

Please any advice? Ill pay for consultation fees at this point 😂😭

Hi! I'm going keto a second time now, and I see allot of people struggling with sticking to it/hunger/headaches etc so just sharing my personal journey and the essentials for me.

I went Keto first a year ago for 6 months and lost 30kg (i was 140kg), without hardcore exercise just walks. Dropped off keto after a holiday and now im back! 1 month in and going at it for the 2nd time was extremely easy, not sure if its because im used to it and know the gameplan.

Suppliments (essential for me):

- Electrolytes (Keto-pro but any keto friendly one works): this is an absolutely non-negotiable for me. I tried not taking it and the keto flu was horrendous, after 2 days keto I never had flu again, no headaches nothing. If you workout, take daily, if not every 2 days should be fine, your body need the salts and vitamins.

- PURE C8 MCT Oil: Boosts ketones, energy, focus, gut benefits, cheat code. Put 3 tspoons in a coffee or tea once a day (Start out with 1 tspoon and work up as it can be sensitive to stomach to start and cause digestion issues for some)

- Multi vitamins: Without carbs your not getting allot of the vitamins you need, I take these once every 2 days.

Food:

I keep it simple, I have few main foods I eat amongst other meals. I wont go into single ingredients just main meals to give an idea.

- Go to, bolognese sauce with veg: Basic meat bolognese but throw in all the veggies, mushrooms, brocolli, cauliflour, celery pretty much anything keto. I have a heap of yoghurt next to it and it stuffs me. Make 3kg meat worth and freeze some.

- Steak and eggs, or just eggs. 3-5 eggs daily. Throw some cheese or hallumi on it, and extra-firm tofu.

- Cheat meal: Chicken doner with salad. Yep, its keto, not exactly the healthiest, and got to be careful where you get it from but should be keto if its a high quality restaurant as some use fillers which can have carbs, avoid beef as its more calories/fat.

Snacks (just some, all S-tier for me):

- Fitness shock protein bars (3-5g carbs, 10-15g protein.)
- Rasberry & Cranberry juice (no added sugar) From sainsburys. 0.6g Carb per 100ml
- Pork crackling/puffs etc. Zero carbs (I've tried tons 'awefully posh' is the best)
- Nuts, including peanut butter etc. Mainly almonds though.
- Philadelphia cheese, dip your nuts in it ; )
- Sugarfree drinks. I wouldnt recommend, water is king, but for me it helps, feels filling and curbs sweet craving. Id have 1 once a day max.
- Sugarfree Ketchup, only sauce besides mayo if I ever need it
- Yoghurt. Throw in nuts, few blueberries.

Workout:

- The body is already doing allot through ketosis however if your goal is weight loss, for me its daily walks, even if its 30 minutes, and gym twice a week to maintain muscle mass. Dont forget the more you workout the more you'll be hungry, strike a balance.

This is just the headline stuff not everything, and everyone is different, but personally so long as I have the above theres no chance I can drop off keto until I reach the next milestone.

Good luck everyone and ask if you have any questions, or please correct me if im doing something wrong!
