Thoughts on if it's good or not?

Aspect of the Shapeshifter states that you retain form bonuses when shapeshifting for 4 seconds, however, if a skill doesn’t have a matching tag, then you don’t retain the cooldown reduction.

My steps to replicate:

1. Set Hurricane to Werewolf skill
   

2. Be in wolf form, observe cataclysm cooldown
   

3. Shift into Human form, and make sure you have the 4 second shapeshifter aspect bonus
   

4. Observe that the cooldown reduction is x% less than the werewolf cooldown reduction (e.g., for me, my cataclysm cooldown is 30 seconds when in human form, then it goes back up to 40 seconds when in wolf form)
   

5. Cast cataclysm while in human form, with cataclysm tagged as a WEREWOLF skill
   

6. Observe that the cooldown displayed by the skill is the 40 second, non-human bonused cooldown reduction
   

If you set the form for cataclysm back to human, casting cataclysm this way retains the human form cooldown reduction bonus
