Reached financial goal but feel purposeless

I have reached the first milestone of my wealth plan and I don’t have to work but I feel so purposeless now. What to do?
I have kept this achievement myself, only me and my partner know about this massive achievement so this adds to feeling lost. Anyone else fear others envy and also the purposelessness?

Social media influencer in finance saying she retired but the math is suss

A social media influencer in finance recently said she retired at under 30 years of age and will live off $150K.
To comfortably cover an annual drawdown of $150,000 (pre-tax) using a diversified stock portfolio, you would likely need between $3.75- $5 million in total investments.
She sells $299-$399 courses so I am so confused as to how she invested so much in such a short period of time basically from 2020 and if this amount is pre-tax - it's really not that much money to live off.
I'm not trying to put anyone down, but something is suss.
Ultimately - luck and selling a course on how to invest, making a lot of money from selling the course, to then invest this money in stocks to then say you’re successful at stocks in the first place?
