Is this hike safe to do in this current weather?

Is this hike safe to do in this current weather?

Haven’t hiked in a full month and the itch is coming back hard.
Is the west lion via Howe sound crest trail safe in this weather? As in how much snow and ice?
I know there’s some scrambling but I believe I can manage it
I have pump peak and quarry rock under my belt and I’m in relatively good shape.

C&p and carries only?

I’ve been doing sandbags a lot lately and kettlebells have become the secondary tool, but I still want to keep them in my training.

Would c&p and carries be a good 2 exercise/movement set up to complement the sandbag training?

With sandbags I do the basic movements
Pick ups, squats, bear hug walks, rows

Any tips?

Acne is a big issue right now and I don’t know how to improve it

I’m also pretty fat/bloated right now as you can see (an issue I am actively fixing)

Was growing my hair long but will take advice

61🔄 years old
5 10-11
210lbs

Edit
Not jutting, might seem like it.
But my lips are big and naturally like that at times.

Where to get raw milk in Canada?

I can’t find raw milk in Canada, I’ve been living off eggs, beef/goat and fruits for a while now.

Does anyone know where I could get it?

Near Vancouver preferably

If you have no one to hike with, is it better to just go alone?

Hello, I’m 16 and I’ve done 2 hikes (quarry rock and pump peak), for those 2 I was able to get some friends to tag along but I don’t believe they will come now for the next couple weeks.

Is it better to just go alone? Or is it better to wait?

I know it’s a stupid question, but I’ve never solo hiked before so I don’t know.

My fitness is ok, I regularly lift and grapple.

The hike I was planning on doing is norvan falls
