My Duolingo has been stuck on 1 level for MONTHS.
This is suuuper annoying: my Duolingo has been stuck on one level for MONTHS. Does anyone know how I can fix this — I have tried everything:
- tried completing the level on browser
- deleting and redownloading the app
- clearing app cache
- skipping ahead and then coming back (when i skip ahead i can complete a level, but because i have to go to a whole other section i miss loads of stuff and don’t want to have those gaps in my knowledge)
- contacting support 2 times — they never responded
the only thing i haven’t been able to do (because you can no longer make a duo for schools account) is creating a separate teacher account and adding it to a classroom to skip it ahead one level….
it’s extra frustrating because i pay for premium and have not had any use of it on the language that i want for MONTHS. pls someone help….
