Feeling better when doing something

Does anybody feel better when you're doing something that requires focus, or physical work, or even socialising. It's like you forget all your symptoms, but when return to doing nothing all symptoms reappear.

Also, I sometimes feel better when sleeping less than normal or when my sleep is bad. But when I have a good night sleep I feel groggy and tired and need to take a nap which doesn't make sense.

My levels are 17.6ng (44nmol) and I have GERD (acid reflux). Been feeling very fatigued in the last year and a half, having random pains in random parts of the body,having headaches and like weird sensation in my eyes (or like behind them, can't explain it). Lately I have started to have some short term memory loss (forgetting someone's name, forgetting what I meant to do, and its like I'm not sure in anything).

I'm currently taking 20000IU twice a week for a month now, and last week I started taking 4000IU, in the days between those two 20000IU with magnesium citrate.

Maybe this isn't something related to Vitamin D, if not I apologize.
