When people make it the employees problem that lines are long.

Im at Walmart and it's peak time. So obviously the lines are long. I saw a shorter line and went that way. As I'm walking up I hear the woman telling the lady in the back of the line that she's closed and the man with cart before her is the last customer For this register.

The customer is annoyed and telling her "I only have a few things"

The employee says "yes maam and you'll have to go to the other register to check out"

"But the line is long!"

"Im sorry but I have to close it"

"You can't just take one more?"

At this point I realized I was gawking and walked away but dang what an annoying bitch.

DnD night -is this a lame idea?

My nephews are graduating. They both play DnD. I have played VERY casually a handful of times. I also have painted a few minis.

I want to know if it's a super lame aunt thing if I had a DnD day/ night, where we painted minis and I hired a DM to play and maybe made themed snacks.
