Starting TRT at 70+?

Does anyone have any personal anecdotes, or have a parent that started testosterone in their 70s or 80s?
My dad is in his mid 70s and is in decent shape, but frequently complains of body aches, not being able to exercise like he used to, even yardwork making him sore.

I don’t think he would like to start TRT, but I think he is maybe curious about it. Would love to hear any personal stories you have. As far as I know, his testosterone levels were mid range few years ago(I think around 500ng/dl), but the doctor only tested total testosterone and not free testosterone or SHBG, etc.
