Found this in my mom’s closet I hope it’s not what I think it is.

i’m really sorry if this isn’t the right place to post/ask this but i really need help and advice i have no idea what this is.
my mom has been clean off of all drugs for years after many many years of drug addiction and substance abuse(obviously at least to my knowledge) i found this today while i was looking in her closet for a new lighter and a pen. the plastic bag it’s in seems to be relatively old like it’s been sitting for a while but i do know i havent seen this in her closet before (i commonly look in it for clothes, pens, cords, etc.) she’s actively on methadone and she does smoke a lot of weed. i’m really hoping and praying that this isnt what i think it is. can someone tell me if i’m being paranoid, please help i dont know what to do.
