South Florida, USVI and Maui come to mind, but would like specific suggestions for towns and small cities to look at. Would even be open to New England if there was a sufficiently robust dive community.

I'm sitting on 200,000 coal. Should I get Nottingham? My alternatives are save for Defence or get one of Halford, Tulsa, Carnot or Z-44. Or just keep accumulating for a future release. Nottingham seems ok in right situation and I think it's getting a repair soon?

Edit: Sorry, I should have been clearer. I have every coal ship except those mentioned above.

Edit 2: Looks like it's either Tulsa or see if the new Spanish commander is available for coal.
