Prefer manual or auto smart regen?

I’ve been using the paddle shifters and the smart regen a lot lately in my Niro and love it, but was curious what everyone’s experience is with doing it manually (with the paddle shifters), or using the auto smart regen where your cars sensors assist in the smart regen.

I use it a lot in stop and go city/suburb traffic and find it helpful; but I’m also wanting to use it for best possible MPG and smoothest experience in traffic so was curious if anyone prefers doing it manually or with the sensor aides. Currently I use the auto smart regen and set it to level one or two to slow myself down with the auto mode; then stop the car with the paddle shifter assuming there’s a safe distance to do so.

Thanks in advance for anyones advice and insight!!

Reputable after market mods?

I purchased a 2026 Kia Niro Hybrid recently and am loving it, but was curious if anyone has gotten the rear seat doors insulated or sound proofed. If so, I’d love to know about parts install and any warranty concerns.

The noise doesn’t bother me much since the front doors are sound proofed but I may be doing more highway trips to visit friends and family after a move so I figured it would keep me a bit more comfortable and I’m very sensitive hearing wise so less outside noise is better for my music volume haha.

Thanks for any help!
