I’m looking for a law firm that has open positions for something entry level. Not a paralegal or anything, but maybe like an intake person or something?
If you guys know of anything, that would be great :)
I started seeing this guy about a month ago. We went to high school together, never really spoke, but we’ve just reconnected as adults in our late 20s about 2 months ago.
As stated, we’ve been consistently dating for about a month now. 1-2 dates a week on average. We both have busy jobs, so we don’t text all day. It’ll be a short check in once a day, or a social media post shared. We’re both very focused on each other during dates. We’ve also had a few long phone calls.
Progression wise, it has been great. We’re both emotionally open and have been getting closer and sharing more as we see each other more. I would say we’re both pretty healthy people overall. We made it clear early on that we’re exclusive.
Now my confusion: we had a really wonderful date the last time we saw each other. We opened up more about liking each other and how we’re both so happy that we connected in such a way. That weekend, he was busy and I didn’t hear from him, which was okay. It has now been a week and a half, and I still haven’t heard from him. He has not initiated contact at all. I have reached out 3 times and all 3 times he was very warm and normal. You would never guess that anything was wrong.
I’m confused. If he lost interest, why would he respond warmly, reassure me that everything is fine, but still never initiate contact? Wouldn’t he just end it? Or act distant?
We’re both very straightforward people and told each other that we will be honest if anything happens. He has also been taking the lead with everything since we’ve connected. While I am okay with us both reaching out of course, I have no plans of initiating contact again since he has not done so for about week and a half, almost 2.
Would appreciate some input!
