Lifting/Shooting Advice

Hey y’all first time poster.

I’m 24 M, 5’11 ~155 lbs.

I’ve been hooping my whole life but generally been on the skinner side. I’ve relied on my speed/quickness while playing and have had some success but I’m trying to get stronger.

Wanted to know if anyone had a good gym split to get stronger? Right now I hoop 2-3x a week.

In my men’s leauge my jump-shot comes and goes and I usually rely on my speed to attack the basket where I am fairly successful. However I do come across some players who are stronger and can kind of keep up speed-wise so I struggle to score efficiently against them.

Since my jump shot has also been inconsistent, I’m trying to incorporate both lifts and shooting workouts to get overall stronger and more consistent with my shooting.

Any tips are appreciated. Thanks!
