Trying to call Edgepark about not sending me my supplies on time. (Rant)

I placed an order two weeks ago, and it's still pending. I placed the order when it was time to do so.

First time I called, I was immediately hung up on.

Second time, had to wait because I was 20th in line. Finally got connected, gave the woman my information and said I need to know why my order hasn't shipped. She put me on hold to "look into it." I hung up after 10 minutes.

She called back while I was in line again behind 15 people and said she got locked out of the system. The reason the order was on hold is because they're again falsely claiming that insurance won't cover my gelling packets. I dealt with this dumb shit literally on a monthly basis because insurance DOES cover the packets, and I have a prescription for them.

They automatically say my insurance won't cover it without even sending the request, then act like it's my insurance's fault. I had to get a case worker through my insurance to call my doctor to confirm the prescription and call Edgepark, who told the woman FROM MY INSURANCE that the insurance won't cover the gelling packets. Again, they say this without even sending my insurance a request for coverage, so they don't even have a fucking chance to deny it.

Fuck Edgepark. Byram no longer takes my insurance and every other supply company doesn't carry the products I use, so fuck them too, and fuck the entire US healthcare system, because without them, actually getting my supplies WOULD be possible.

Is there any way to delete or decline all page invites or a way to prevent future ones?

Someone invited me to a page today, to which I declined, and was then taken to my invites page.

141 page invites. All junk. I don't know how or why these people/pages are able to suggest I like them.

Is there any way to delete/decline all page invites? Any way to at least prevent random people and pages from spamming you with invites? When you try to decline one you get a popup asking if you're SURE you want to decline and I do not have the time or patience for that.

What app do you recommend for finding bathrooms?

There's some specific features that I imagine matter to most ostomates more as compared to the average functional-buttholed citizen.

For me, I hate automatic flushing toilets because they go off constantly while I'm emptying my bag.

The typical closed-off toilet paper dispensers are a pain because if you're holding your bag in one hand and need to get more paper with the other, those dispensers will fucking fight you for it.

You also want some kind of table available, whether it be the back of a toilet tank (while many public bathrooms don't have one), a baby changing station, something.

A trash can in the stall is helpful too. As a female I know most public women's bathrooms have some sort of trash receptacles, but I'm not sure if that's as common in men's bathrooms.

I'm in the US, so specifically ostomy-conscious bathrooms are basically nonexistent, but I know some Asian countries are awesome with considering our specific needs.

I doubt most bathroom searching apps offer all of these features, but I'd love to see them included somewhere. We deserve our own bathroom app, tbh. 😅

Our vet tested for FELV AFTER giving a cat surgery and immunizations. He tested positive. Is this normal?

One of our regular strays had been acting different lately. We finally noticed that one of his testicles was outside of the sack. We made an appointment for it to be looked at and for him to be neutered. Signed off on testing for FIV/FELV, shots, and surgery.

We got a call about 2.5 hours later that the neuter/surgery went well, and he got his shots except for the FELV prevention, because he tested positive. They said he'd need to be an inside cat due to the illness.

They KNEW this was a stray cat who had never come inside the house before. He wasn't our cat. Since we knew he'd have a short and difficult life span and we couldn't take him in, we had him euthanized. They charged over $400 for everything they did.

It doesn't make a shred of sense to me why they'd run the FELV test AFTER giving him surgery, or why they'd give him his other shots prior to getting the test results, then still charge for all of that after finding out it shouldn't have been done to begin with. We obviously wouldn't have put him through the surgery if we knew the outcome would be the same either way. And for them to vaccinate him on top of the surgery... it sounds like a predatory money grab with no consideration for the cat or owners.

Is what they did a normal practice?

(Pre-confirmed with mods that this was okay to post!)

Anyone know why this is still on 0% after a half hour?

I just saved a GEDCOM a couple of hours ago to run an error check. Made some changes, and I'm now trying to do it again, but it refuses to load this time.

My friend asked if I can find a cell number of an old friend of hers. He lives in Texas in Maverick County. Obviously not giving his name/specifics here but was hoping there's a site that might help. I'm normally looking for Iowa and Missouri numbers and am less familiar with searching for people in Texas.

Added the arrow to the multi-photo page for context.

I'm looking at the batch of files surrounding these files numbers and that stood out when I saw the photo with the same spelling used in the message. Whatever it is, I have to assume it's sketchy af.

Edit: I think this is from the same victim. Mentioning of another girl committing "suicide." They also said they won a big award at something called the Abby awards in/around 2004, so that makes me wonder if that was another trafficking coverup. https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA00099831.pdf

Edit again: Something related to Len Indelicato. His Facebook lists this nail company? https://www.facebook.com/fingrs There's a photo in the files from when this guy visited Switzerland. And he's a member of whatever the hell this is. https://nonclubclubfiore.club/blog/

I feel like it would be ideal security for keeping your bag closed, but I've only ever seen the options listed as one or the other and never both.

I use a velcro bag and want to add a clip as well, but I don't know if it would cause issues with where the clip would go on the bag (just above the velcro) or if insurance would even pay for a clip, though all my supplies are normally 100% covered.

I really liked the GEDCOM auditor when I first used it, but my tree won't load there now and it was never perfect. The person who made it disappeared, so I don't expect it'll be fixed any time soon.

Does anything similar (and free) exist? The auditor checked for things like duplicate people, impossible or inconsistent dates, relationship errors, etc.
