Overly anxious about things so want to ask question

That's been asked about 100 times, sorry.

Running a small server for about 5-10 friends,

Running through playit.gg

Server is on online mode

Whitelist on

Changed the port number

Is there any risk of people gaining access to my pc or files or anything like that?

I am not technically savvy lol
