I am confused

Why when laparoscopic surgery is the only definitive way to diagnose endo is my gp telling me they’re actively trying to avoid it? I don’t understand

For context I’ve had 2 blood tests so far and have been on the referral list for an ultrasound since 26th of February and still haven’t heard from them.

I accidentally wore my watch in the sea in Costa Rica and ever since it won’t turn on. It’ll charge and the Apple icon will show on the screen but it won’t display anything else. Can I fix it or is it just broken?

I’ve got suspected endo, I had a referral for the ultrasound on the 26th February and I have still not heard back about a date. I’ve had one lot of bloods and due another lot next week because of abnormalities but that is the only thing they have done so far. I’m worried my referral has been lost or forgotten. My GP said they would not refer to gynaecology until the scan is done but I’m a bit worried with the new updates to GP referrals coming in. I’m also in Wales and not sure if NHS protocol is different to England.
