Found this and other postcards (this was the only German one) in a shoebox in the basement of our family house in Sobědruhy (formerly Soborten), Czech Republic. The house was built around 1925 and originally belonged to a German-speaking family before 1945. Postcard is dated 16.7.1915 and addressed to a Fräulein in Teplitz-Schönau, surname looks like "Kochmann". Picture side shows the Elbe valley near Vaňov ("Wannow").

I can make out fragments but the script is beyond me. Would really appreciate any help.
