Give me fics you have loved with a creative/imaginitive premise, please. Welcoming all kinds of weird, wonderful and whimsical.

As the title suggests, I'm looking for fics with a premise that makes you go - huh??!!

I'm sick and currently making my way through Parrafo's genius The Unspeakable's New Groove and am looking for more fics with a unique or inventive premise where you can tell the author has let their imagination run wild.

Another example would be Red Door 79 by Galfoy

Please, lay em on me! I'm in the mood to visit some strange places with our favourite protagonists.

What does it mean to live a good life? | The Centre Cannot Hold | dual POV character study with a glacial burn | 50k posted

It's eighth year and the war is over. Two people, who have every reason to hate each other, try to figure out what comes next.

"Like this," Granger said, miming putting it over her head.

He grabbed it by the spongy bits and put it over his head, as instructed. Granger laughed and reached forward to adjust them so that they covered his ears. "Okay, one second," she looked down at the silver object and pressed a button.

Music like he'd never heard before came blasting into his brain. He jolted and shook his head like a wet dog. Bolts of colour and sensation zipped down through his body and he recognised at once: that is what magic feels like.

Oh, life is bigger

It's bigger than you, and you are not me

The lengths that I will go

The distance in your eyes
