Participation in a OISE doctoral study

Hi everyone,
I’m a doctoral researcher looking to connect with South Asian women teachers currently working in Ontario public schools for a study on teacher mental health and well-being.
The study explores how South Asian teachers experience mental health in their professional lives; both the challenges and the supports that make a difference. The goal is to help inform better resources and workplace practices.
What’s involved:
• A 45–60 minute virtual interview
• Completely confidential and voluntary
