I have a Benq SW272Q monitor which I use for color grading videos. I noticed very strange magenta tint spread out from the four borders of the monitor. It is very visible only when I either have a white background or something bright on the screen.
I called the support and an engineer came from their end to look at what the issue was, he acknowledged the problem and sent a report right away.
The team that is supposed to take action to address the issue is blatantly refusing any kind of help by simply stating that my monitor is perfectly functional and they will not do anything about it. This is regardless of the report that was sent to them along with a video taken by the engineer who came to inspect the monitor.
Now he is not receiving my calls. My monitor is within warranty and Benq officials refuses to honor it.
This just creates a bad impression about the company and the problems faced by an end comsumer.
