hi everyone. Just looking for some input. I just had my 3rd shot of sema on a .22mg dose. im also just starting my period and was curious to know if the shot has affected anyones monthly and when did the medication really start kicking in for you. :) thanks everyone. little background, im a mom of 4, im about 5'1" and SW is 236. I have lost 4 pounds but gained one back(not sure if its because of my period).
