Business - Camera returned for US - Incorrect customs fees applied?

Hi, I sell cameras online and a camera sent to the US was damaged in transit, the buyer has returned the camera to me, with it being marked as "returned goods" on the customs document.

Now I've been asked to pay £70 to customs for this item, as I've sent 1000's of packages and dealt with returns before I know that no import fees should be due on returned goods.

Could anyone advise me on who to email / contact to get this charge removed? For example with UPS I was able to have this removed after emailing their customs department with the relevant information. The package is currently at my local delivery office. I dont believe I've received a fee card yet.

EDIT:

So ridiculously I've been told by customer support to pay the fee (including an £8 handling fee) on my own item and that I should fill out a gov form.

Blank section of label - GK420t

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this before. Occasionally thoughout the past few years my label printer has produced this issue as shown in the photo.

Can I adjust the pressure of the print head in this model? There's some very slight mark, what looks to be a scratch on the leftside of the printhead. Could that be causing this inconsistent issue?

Hi, I'm considering buying this blue lab fancy diamond ring, it's 3ct with 14ct gold. I am slightly concerned at the weight only being 2.37g, it seems like that indicates its quite thin and less durable? It's a size 7 ¼ (US), VS1 fancy vivid blue according to the IGI report.

It's for sale on an auction site in the EU, how much would you consider paying? I don't have much of a clue for this type of thing, it's for my girlfriend.
