Reta after gastric bypass

Hi everyone,

Looking for advice/experiences with Retatrutide.

I had a gastric bypass almost 2 years ago and my weight loss has stalled for the past 8 months. Current weight is 229 lbs (highest was 330). I’ve lost and regained about 100 lbs multiple times in my life, and I consistently seem to plateau around 220. I'm happy with all the progress over the years but I really want to reach my goal weight ... its not crazy just would like to see it drop below 200...

I’m very active: I work out 3–4x/week, do reformer Pilates once a week, and average about 8,000 steps daily. I also have above-average muscle mass for a 46-year-old woman. Nutrition-wise, I aim for 100g protein/day, low sugar, moderate fat, and high fiber, whole foods. I also take creatine. I typically eat around 1200–1500 calories/day depending on whether it’s a gym day or not.

Despite all this, nothing is moving.

I’m considering trying Reta to help reach my goal weight. I’ve never taken any weight loss medication before and have no health issues.

For those with experience:

Would you recommend starting at 0.5 mg or 1 mg?

Any tips, expectations, or things to watch for?

Thanks in advance!
