Hi everyone. I’m Kenyan and lived in Tripoli as a child around 2006–2010.

I remember a chicken dish my dad used to bring home after work. It was roast/rotisserie-style chicken stuffed with very flavorful rice, usually served with bread rolls. We lived around the Siyahiya / Km 7 area if that helps.

I’m especially trying to find the rice recipe or even the name of the dish. My siblings and I were recently talking about how good it was.
