We have a friend with a massive house in the UK and she wants us to use her home for our proof of accommodation. We know we'll be able to find accommodation with our income, using cash savings to meet the financial requirement, and because we did enough research on a recent long vacation. But counting on finding even a short term rental while still in the US is too risky and we just want to get the visa approved first. Along with the mortgage docs, council docs, etc. is this letter enough to prove we have accommodation with our friend? Anything we should add or remove?
