Want to plan a fun and relaxing birthday weekend for my partner. Something with nice scenery and restaurants/things to do. What towns or cities within 2 hours of Philly have you visited that have this vibe? We've done the Poconos so looking for something different. I've heard New Hope, PA is cute and they mentioned Wilmington, DE potentially. Bonus if you have recs on a nice spa within the vicinity. Please exclude places that are unfriendly to POC. TYIA ❤️
