Americor nightmare

Yes they suck, yes they take advantage of people. They did legally help with settlements.

Ive been in the program for 2 years and they just terminated the agreement. I was inquiring about how it would work if I cannot provide funds anymore. My job is ending so on temporary unemployment I wouldn't be able to afford payments til I get something else lined up. I asked what were my options. They cancelled without me agreeing and took a settlement fee chunk of 700$ which could have went to my creditors

When I first joined up I should have read the fine print. On the phone I agreed to 20% settlement fees but the agreement says 30%. So after all said and done the savings they get you isn't anything.

They won't provide current settlement agreements so I can continue paying agreements on my own. It's a complete nightmare and I feel disgusted at this point.

Just wanted to give everyone a first hand account of this garbage.

I found my old Pokemon Red & Yellow but the shells are in rough shape. Ill probably never sell them but what is the consensus on using aftermarket shells to make them look clean again? Should I find broken or empty original shells and replace them or just get some aftermarket ones that look alright? They both work, I'm assuming I'll need to solder in some new batteries before I actually play them again.

I can't see into the roof from my attach but I was able to pull back some aluminum and get some pictures on how it's secured to the home. The ceiling is old fragile wood. I'm trying to have that being my last resort to look under since it will most likely break apart. Ultimate goal would be to remove 1 stud on each side to make a wide opening on either end

Basically when we bought this house there was a small screen door on each side and all the posts were wrapped in aluminum, then the entire thing was wrapped in screen.

Upon taking off the aluminum we found the sides are just 2 2x4 nailed together with the screen wrapped im assuming for just some kind of framing for the screen doors and screening. Now at the end they are all 4x4s. The 2x4s on either side are not even secured to the concrete or line up on either side.

Without seeing under the roof do you think it's possible to remove a post or 2 on the sides to just open the room up? The end with the 4x4s are bolted into the concrete and there's a drop so those will all be staying.
