Let me describe my current workplace

1. They pay salary 20 days late sometimes a month later as well
2. They deduct income tax from salary but don’t deposit to government
3. They deduct PF from salary and don’t deposit and for some people they didn’t open PF account only
4. Verbal harassment is very common. And openly threaten people by saying things like you’re fired, fire this and that person
5. Block salaries during notice period and PIP
6. They say they will give FnF and relieving letter within 45 days but they haven’t given to people who left even an year ago till today

They pay higher than market rate and keep a very good reputation in US. They also have business jurisdiction in US. Also, it’s remote in India with office registered in Hyderabad via LLP. I’m planning to send a legal notice 45 days after my last working day. Any thoughts?
