I (22f) matched with this guy (25m) on hinge turns out he has a girlfriend. How do I navigate this?

I (22f) matched with him (25m) on hinge. We’ve been talking for the past couple weeks. Nothing crazy just a bit of flirting here and there.
Well today he dropped an interesting piece of info that led me to find him on Facebook where he shares his relationship status. I found his girlfriend on Facebook and then instagram, she has a public account.
Well turns out they’ve been together 3 years and she’s pregnant and due very very soon.
My friends think I shouldn’t talk to her as she’s pregnant and would only cause harm they also said that she could be okay with him having dating apps (bs if you ask me). They say I can confront mister cheater if I want but leave the pregnant lady alone.
I’m sick to my stomach and will probably delete my hinge account but yeah there’s that.
