Switching stance in Muay thai?

I really like to switch my stance when i fight and have been training alot to be comfertable in both but i am starting to wonder if its bad to switch my stance alot?

I rarely see high level muay thai fighters switch their stance. Its seems much more common in kickboxing and MMA, why is that?

Are there any folks here that switch their stance and how do you feel about it? Benefits, cons etc.

How much do you workout in a week?

I love to work out and i try to do something every day. If im sore i do something lighter. My workouts varies from

• Muay thai practise (3 times a week)

Other days (what i feel like)

• strenght training

• Only shadowboxing

• outdoor joggs

• bag work

My problem is now when i am getting older i always seem to get sick if i train more than 6-7 days in a row now and its really annoying. So i am trying to figure out how much i should train each week.

So how much do you guys train per week and how do you structure it?
