Found kids Buccees swim trunks at Goodwill today.

Dry penis cream or lotion?

Just wondering I usually always have a dry penis, especially the head and such. I'm 39 and circumcised. In other guy's opinions what is the best moisturizer or such for that area, so that it's not so dry, 'down there', or what do you use and recommend? I could see using something a couple times a day or after getting out of the shower perhaps, but what? Thanks.
