I found this OMNY card today and added it to my account to see if there are any funds on it. It’s not a reduced fare card, but the charges show as $1.60 and $1.40. Does anyone know why? Is it 2 separate charges or 1 charge for $3 that the system split into 2 uneven transactions for some reason?
