how to look good without mascara

i have been struggling with my lashes for a few months. i was born with extremely long and thick lashes and when i was a little girl, everyone thought i was wearing mascara when i wasn’t.

however, my lash blindness quickly turned into me ripping a HUGE chunk of eyelashes out in both eyes 2 months ago. i was doing good growing them back but they got ripped out again when i had to do them for my cheer competition. i find my eyes look hideous and all of my inner lashes are gone, which makes my round eyes change shape when i curl and use mascara on them.

currently, i am using the ordinary lash serum 2-4x a day. i took a 2 1/2 week mascara break a month ago but now im wearing it sometimes. i look absolutely horrible without mascara and get 12 year old accusations. i am also trying in add more protein into my diet. its barely working. i miss my old eyelashes.

(1st pic is lashes as a kid and 2nd is lashes now)

is eating cereal everyday bad for weight loss?

i am an EXTREMELY picky eater, and cereal is ome of my absolute favourite foods. however, i see people demonize it all the time amd say it will make you fat. i will never give up cereal, but will eating it multiple times a day be bad for me?

i am 5”0 and 98lbs trying to get to get to low 90’s. sounds low but i have a small frame and not huge muscles and am around 22% body fat, aiming for 18-20%. i am a cheerleader and active. i eat around 1400-1600 calories most days and haven’t been seeing much weight loss, only very little amounts. i try to avoid the scale but when i got weighed last it was 98. i also walk a lot and try to avoid sitting.

anyways, i eat 2-4 bowls a day. ik it sounds like a lot, but i am so picky to the point where i’ve only eaten cereal that day. i usually eat mini wheats, bran flakes, fibre one, and occasionally mukti grain cheerios. i use 1/2 almond milk 1/2 1% milk but never drink the rest at the bottom. i am trying to expant my palate and reduce the amount to 1-2 times but its hard being picky. i fill the rest of my calories with protien like chicken, lean ground beef or egg whites but again, its so hard to get adequate protien when being picky.

is this bad? any advice?
