Every damn time

I've spent 3 days elbow deep in the electrics in the engine bay and still no spark, getting crazy ground drop offs, traced every wire, did continuity test on the ECU plug. It had spark yesterday briefly, it ran for a few minutes, I shut it off and it never got spark again. checked all body and engine grounds, filed them all so they were shiny, nothing. Next step is run new ground wires from the ecu to all the way to every sensor and injector. I hate electrics, give me oil and nuts and bolts any day.
