first time chicken owner! is my chicks vent okay?

We just got our chicks yesterday. I've been keeping a close eye on this one because a lot of the other plymouth rocks in the brooder at the store had pasty butt. So far no pasty butt, but I unnoticed today her vent was more noticeable than yesterday. None of the other chicks look like this. At the moment it's not red, but i just want to make sure she's okay!! I'm learning I'm a very anxious chicken keeper - very new to this.

Anything I should watch for or do to prevent any issues?

New chicken owner - Heating plate?

New chicken owner - Heating plate?

We just got chickens for the first time today, so excited!

When we brought them home, I showed each of them the heating plate by putting them under it, and have done that several times throughout the day. But they don't seem to want to stay under it?

A few have gone under there and stayed for a few minutes, but not all of them. Their brooder is outside in a very safe screened in porch, and it was warm today (mid 80s), but now it's dropped to 70 for the night and I'm worried they'll be cold if they don't go under there.

I have the plate adjusted at a slight angle because some of them are bigger than others. And I have the height adjusted according to everything I've read and seen.

They seem fine sleeping in the little cuddle puddle, but i'm just worried! Am I overthinking this?
