This is borrowed from a similar prompt, though it has been posted plenty of times before. Any card that isn't in TCG GOAT gets brought into GOAT format at the time of the last release during the format. The time period is July 2005, pre CRV. The cards will be playable at 3. You cannot change the knowledge of strategies, or the amount of a card's legality (no changing CED to 3 copies, for example.) You can bring OCG exclusive cards however. For the sake of example, we'll say it's Master Rule 1, with the inclusion of the EMZ and Pendulum zones. With that in mind, new card types are also still available.

Probably the biggest mystery in the series is who John Doe from Freddy's Dead actually is. He's set up as the main protagonist of that part, and we're mislead into thinking he was Freddy's kid, but of course, he dies, and so Maggie is revealed to be his daughter. Meanwhile the only character whose ancestry would be in some way important, would probably be Jacob.

Edit: Apparently this was supposed to be the case in older scripts. Y'all can stop commenting, you're blowing up my notifications. I just didn't know.
