Can I sue My Dad (Repost)

Edit: I have reposted this before because the first time I posted it we had a turn around afterwards.

So I (29M) and my dad (77M) are huge Tiger fans. My dad is from Detroit originally and has been a Tiger fan for most of his life. I was not a Baseball fan originally, but my dad kept imploring me to watch it. When I was 16 I finally gave it a shot and I was hooked. Here's where I think I have a case. 1. He misrepresented material facts: To get me in to Baseball he always told me how fun it was, and I haven't had much fun at all. 2. Making someone a Tiger fan has got to be emotional abuse. So do I have a case? >!/s!<

I am going to sue my brother for making an insensitive comment

My brother got me some fun bouncy balls that have a little bell in them. I have been playing with them a lot but this morning I was just enjoying watching my favorite show: Birds in the Yard when my brother asks: “Hey, buddy where are your balls?” I was so angry because he and the other humans were the ones who paid the pokey place to take them. How much can I get?

In Dracula (2025), directed and written by Luc Besson the title character has a creepy relationship with a woman much younger than him. Surprisingly, the director did not cast himself as the lead

In Aniara (2021) humans are using spaceships to escape an Earth ravaged by climate change. This plot point is completely ridiculous because we would never destroy our planet

Aniara (2018)

I loved this movie. I saw it recommend on this sub as a movie that although it’s not in the horror genre definitely has a lot of horror elements, and it definitely delivered on that.he horror comes from watching the passengers succumb to their despair over the hopelessness of their situation and seeing how the climate catastrophe has ravaged the bodies of many of the passengers.

While Don't Look Up satirizes the dangers of our inability to address climate change, Aniara portrays a future where humanity is escaping our doomed planet. Both the ship and the Mima were used as examples of the dangers of ignoring the experts and overusing our resources. The Mimarobe warns the captain and others about the dangers of over using Mima, she is ignored and the Mima chooses to self-destruct. Rather than accept responsibility the passengers spread conspiracies about the mimarobe and the captain chooses to arrest her rather than take any responsibility.
