
RLT for lipedema, dysautonomia, and chronic pain
I just purchased a Hooga HG200 panel over the weekend and was curious how you all have your set up configured.
As I understand it, you’re not to exceed 20 minutes a day, but my panel isn’t large enough to hit the front of my thighs and arms (for lipedema) at the same time, plus I need to treat the back of my thighs (for lipedema) and upper back/neck/left shoulder for chronic pain.
What are your suggestions on how to angle my panel to hit multiple spots and/or how to fold this all into a weekly routine while making sure each spot is getting treated enough?
